I help business owners to exit their business. This could involve my group acquiring the business, bringing together a consortium to acquire the business as a joint venture, or coming onboard to partner with the owner to make the business sellable, and then finding the right buyer. I currently own a group of four manufacturing businesses in the North of England with turnovers ranging from £1m to £4m. I also have minority shareholdings in two other businesses the the leisure and wholesale sectors where I am helping the owner to achieve their ambitions.I am looking for introductions to business owners looking to exit and hopefully, I can help them achieve their aims.
