As Regional Manager I am responsible for the development and implementation of RGUs' international strategy for Asia. This includes managing a portfolio of countries including China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia.

My duties include managing an experienced and dedicated international team who is responsible to recruit students from the East Asia region to study at Coventry University.

My role as Head Teacher is to oversee and monitor programme operation, quality and academic standards for both the Business Foundation and HND Business programmes. I am also the Principal Lecturer in various Edexcel HND Business Modules including Business Contract Law, Marketing Principles, Research Methodology, Organisational and Consumer Buyer Behaviour.As part of my role i am also involved in training Chinese Middle School and High School teachers about western cultural and educational differences and also informing them about western teaching methodologies. I also assist the Chinese administrative team in liaising with British Universities and assist Chinese students with enrolling on UK University programmes. I also participate in the design and implementation of CIE’s marketing and promotional activities

My role was to lecture on various HND Business modules in accordance with the quality requirement of the Edexcel examining body. My duties also included setting and moderating internal/external course assessments and also teaching supplementary IT and English lessons in accordance with the IELTS international qualification.
