Produce and maintain a long term forecast for both a back office and Contact Centre environment using a variant of forecasting methodologies.Produce scenario models to aid business decisions. Liaise with the various business areas and resourcing team to proactively plan recruitment.Extract data from back office and contact centre workflow systems to provide an accurate forecast.Analyse the data including adherence and shrinkage to identify cost savings.Produce cost vs benefit analysis to allow prioritisation of potential savings.I use historical trends to produced a budget forecast. This involves conversations with a number of senior stakeholders across the business.

I was handpicked to be part of a team that review the processes through my department. We mapped existing processes, identified areas where we could improve and implemented changes.I have been heavily involved in the introduction of both the PEGA workflow and Avaya telephony systems within my previous department. In 2012, I completed my CF1 qualification in 'UK Financial Services Regulation and Ethics" and then complete the FA2 exam in pensions administration.In 2014 I was part of the team that launched Aegons first direct to customer proposition, Retiready. My role included training other members of staff and creating procedures for the team to follow.
