I've had the great pleasure and honor of working on the acquisition, design, development and management of Metro Loft's growing portfolio of Commercial-to-Residential conversions in NYC, which to date have yielded over 3,000 rental units in downtown NYC as well as an iconic Condo project at 443 Greenwich. I am currently working on the conversions of 55 Broad Street and 25 Water Street in the Financial District, in addition to overseeing our luxury rental portfolio. I love to identify and underwrite new development opportunities and get a big kick out of seeing projects evolve from concept to execution. It's always incredibly satisfying to watch a building come back to life and it's been especially fulfilling to have experienced the evolution of FiDi over the past two decades. Past projects I've worked on include 63 Wall, 67 Wall, 20 Exchange Place, 116 John, 443 Greenwich, 180 Water, and 20 Broad.
