Embedded in Integration Maintenance Team• Accountable for defined Area / Facility Maintenance compliance with HSE standards• Optimising key resources in line with Instrumentation and Electrical requirements (Labour, tooling,, vendor specifics, mobile equipment etc) • Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through the implementation of maintenance execution plans • Managing / scheduling SAP Maintenance Plans to align with identified campaign window timeframes • Responsible for ensuring SAP workorders are in a state of readiness to suit campaign schedules• Responsible for the coordination of contractors and vendors• Accountable for the execution of Maintenance Planning and/or Maintenance Execution processes

• Preparing, reviewing and issue site permits and isolations• Completing and verifying isolations (Low voltage, high voltage and mechanical)• Coordinating with the shutdown and maintenance teams in the creation of PTW, TSIL, Lock Box Permits for shutdowns• Hosting isolation challenge meetings to discuss upcoming shutdown, outage and maintenance isolation and PTW requirements (positional, team interactions, special requirements)• Providing direction and support to onsite contractors on BHP Procedures• Promoting continuous improvement by challenging work practices and encouraging participation in new concepts• Ensuring KPIs are met, inclusive of weekly field leadership activities• Coordinating isolations, issuing permits, issuing high risk certificates, controlling the movement of lockboxes, managing exclusive control areas and assisting in the movement of work groups in a high paced shutdown environment ( 800-1000 People per shutdown ) • Coordinate, control and review administrative work forms• Creation, review and adjustment of isolation points within the BHP isolation database• Liaising with the engineering team to properly capture new installs and changes to current equipment that could affect current isolation points and isolation procedures• Assisting the electrical maintenance team in breakdown situations

• Project Lead / SME on updating of Isolation & Barricading Procedure as per business requirements. • Coordination, Planning, Liaising with relevant working groups and stakeholders across BHP to identify gaps within current procedure and create plans to execute the changing of this content. • Implementation of procedure rollout BHP wide. • Coordination, Planning and execution of existing BHP wide online training modules to reflect current business requirements. Creation of new training content to reflect company needs and expand knowledge of all required personnel around Isolations.• Liaising with external vendors to ensure content meets client standards, as well as liaising with BHP wide senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure no ambiguity in new training for Isolations.

• Mining Area C IntelliPermit Project Coordinator / SME during successful implementation and utilisation of new WAIO aligned digital isolations and PTW system• Coordinating, Planning, Executing of multi-disciplined activities within Intellipermit system. Inclusive of liaising with vendor to meet Information Technology operational objectives, ensuring system is 100% accurate and meets procedural business requirements, commissioning and live execution of system, subsequent training of site personnel over 2 month period to use system correctly and efficiently as designed. • Strong leadership ethic gained from this role, with sole responsibility of project falling under my ownership, thrived in this environment. • Ensuring continual improvement of work practices / methods of using Intellipermit are challenged.• Complying all Project to BHP HSE Regulations and relevant procedures.
