Connecting with people and building strong personal relationships is what excites me the most. Throughout my life I have been perfecting the art of diplomacy in order to bring people together. I have experienced and enjoyed working with many different personalities/cultures. I can easily adapt my style to put almost anyone at ease through nurturing and understanding the human. I have learned not to judge others about the way in which they operate or work but rather encourage positive habits to enhance self-belief and growth. Teamwork is more than just working together, it is also about supporting and bringing out the best in one another.I typically thrive when I am analysing systems or data, often quick in seeing the patterns and look to design a better solution from my findings. My instinct is to pick up on the subtleties and search for better ways of doing things. Not because the system itself matters but because the users of the system do.I embrace technology and see how the virtual world of Computers and AI systems will only become more prominent in the workplace going forward. This is an exciting challenge for me as it means finding new ways of effectively communicating with one another. The world of Blockchain and Crypto currencies, for example, shows us how positive and resilient communities are being built. That a shared belief in a better and safer system through decentralisation has connected people in a meaningful and at the same time profitable way. It allows those involved to openly express themselves and be unique in what they do, whilst at the same time looking to build better future for everyone without the threat of centralised corruption.For me, passion plays a role in every aspect of my life and I don’t leave home without it. I try to stay positive and do my best with the tools and options I have readily available. Life is precious and if you listen hard enough, each new day gives a reminder of what there is to be grateful for.
