Privately held, venture funded, early stage Molecular Diagnostic Company in the process of developing a new multiplex PCR technology, on a bench top instrument targeting both the clinical & research markets.

Led a cross-functional team of 30 people within an early-stage, fully integrated molecular diagnostic company that develops, manufactures, and markets instrumentation and disposables throughout the life science and diagnostics industries.

Directed 30 member team including 8 managers for this privately held, venture funded, life science RNA/DNA purification company that develops, manufactures and sells both disposables and instrumentation. Responsible for all commercial activities worldwide including marketing, sales, business development and service support.

Led Worldwide Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service organizations comprised of more than 40 individuals located primarily in North America and Europe with a distribution network in 35 countries worldwide.

Led sales team of 140 individuals, comprised of eight regions, one manager and ten representatives; Canadian operations, telemarketing department of 15 representatives and one manager; distribution network of 14 companies including over 480 sales representatives/managers; training department, laboratory sales and service teams in nine major U.S. markets.
