-Led the implementation efforts of Vita’s new ERP System - MISYS (Manufacturing Information System)-Assisted in the efforts to staff the company up for implementation. Responsibilities include the hiring and training of the employees. -Streamlined the back office functions of procurement, accounting (QuickBooks), production, engineering, and receiving to run on a single integrated ERP solution-Worked with each of the different divisions in the company, helping identify best practices and coordinated efforts to execute these practices throughout the organization-After implementation of MISYS system - promoted to System Administrator

-Daily & monthly analysis, and reporting of cash activities on several Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) financial deals-Processing trades (bonds, loans, equity) and interest payments and making sure investors are receiving the correct amount

-Lead cost analyst responsible for providing weekly reports to management and assisting with cost reduction initiatives on the acquisition of new business on a $3.5 million contract-Review and sign off on Purchase Orders after determining if the proper supplier was used and determining the rationale for cost increases-Determining how much we are spending per supplier on a monthly basis-Forecast business unit profitability for current and future projects-Review financial data for cost proposals, contract reviews, and variance explanations-Maintain documented records supporting cost proposals, contract reviews and variance explanations-Prepare Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) based on Engineering drawings and prepare/present spreadsheets to management explaining cost discrepancies-Coordinate with procurement to obtain quotes and cost changes necessary for accurate financial reporting-Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure they reflect the latest manufacturing practices-Participate in audits and interfaces with auditors to ensure understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate regulations-Became accustomed to using VLookup & Pivot Tables
