Working in teams is sometimes a tough thing to do because everyone does things differently. I can proudly say that I work well in teams because I can work with and get along with many different types of people. However, I would like to work in a group of people who match values. My personal values include, people who are loyal, honest, can have fun, and who want to get the job done. Loyalty is important to me because I respect someone who helps their teammates out and has their back. Honesty is a key thing to have in group work because if something is wrong with the group I would speak up and I would want others to do the same; that is why you’re in a group. Someone who likes to have fun while doing the task makes the task even more enjoyable. There’s also moderation with having fun, you want to make sure you're getting enough work done as well. Which brings me to my last value, getting the job done, nothing feels better than completing a long project and I admire a person who is on top of it and wants to get it done now rather than putting it off.
