Lead the development of the first new undergraduate credential at SFU in 22 years. The Bachelor of Environment includes interdisciplinary environment, business and sustainability degree programs. Actively contributed to SFU's entrepreneurship/innovation and sustainability initiatives. Taught ChangeLab, a course integrating design thinking, social entrepreneurship and sustainability, environmental controversy and a new course on systems thinking. Directed the Collaborative Teaching Fellows program which supported faculty from across the university teaching across Faculty lines.

Responsible for the operation of science and math program at 5 campuses. Led a comprehensive multi-community educational needs assessment which resulted in the Tribal Environmental and Natural Resource Management Program and later the Native Environmental Science Bachelor Degree Program. TENRM program was the first of its kind, deeply intergrating "Western" and Indigenous perspectives and ways of knowing. Developed and taught university level courses in environmental science and management for 8 years. Lead joint NASA/NWIC research projects involving students.
