This is centred on a state-of-the-art JCI accredited medical facility offering a wide range of primary care and treatment services, visiting Consultants, radiology and laboratory services as well as a 24/7 Emergency Room operation. In addition, a range of health promotion outreach and preventative services support the wider community to keep well and focus on their own health and wellbeing. KAUST Health lead the response to Covid-19 for KAUST. As well as setting policy and guidelines we have supported through vaccination programs, large testing schemes, contact tracing and quarantine support as well as data analysis, general communications and advice. I am responsible for the partnership with a large private healthcare provider in Jeddah, overseeing the contractual relationship for both service provision and access to specialist services and tertiary hospital treatment as required. We have recently tendered for this service provision and have overseen the transition to a new provider. In addition, I work closely with our local and international health insurance provider and multiple stakeholders at KAUST to offer a seamless and accessible service to our community. Show less

Ultimately this was to build a network of state of the art Ambulatory Surgical Units and Primary Care Centers across the South East to provide easily accessible and flexibly affordable healthcare to local communities.During my short time at OSD I initiated and delivered at pace a number of critical programs that helped begin the journey towards achieving the strategy. With the continued support of everyone involved, we quickly increased our revenues whilst completing a full strategic review. We began implementing the key outputs from the strategic review including elements of a new 5-year strategy and a full brand renaming and relaunch; organisational restructure; secured funding and broke ground on the development of the two state of the art theaters for an Ambulatory Surgical Unit; began our land search for Clinic locations two and three; and finalised a complete IT infrastructure roadmap.OSD Healthcare is moving forward and looking forward to helping change the way communities access healthcare in the UK, working collaboratively with the NHS and other independent providers.
