As swim instructor, I had students from ages 3 to adult swim classes, teaching them swimming skills through drills, demonstrations, and endurance activities. Lesson plans were also created by me to support my teaching. As head lifeguard, I provided direct supervision of the pool during lane swims and leisure swims. I am responsible for ensuring cleanliness of the pool deck and changeroom areas and assisting the Pool-In-Charge with maintaining chemical balance in pool (pH balance, alkalinity, chlorine levels). During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was also responsible for completing contact tracing forms and other COVID-19 related paperwork.
