- Developing Strong Relationships with Customers through in depth profiling of Accounts/ Maximize Share of Wallet in Account Base.- Uncovering run-rate and bid leads and manage through to close. - Project Manage full portfolio resources to ensure accounts are aware and educated on the new Solutions business model. - Build and maintain pro-active relationships with all Dell partners associated with respective opportunities, as well as Dell’s inside sales organisation and outside sales teams/SME’s.- Maintain sales leadership - effectively coordinate and orchestrate the sales cycle within the buyer’s organisational decision tree to closure.- Taking ownership of all aspects of business for my customers and working hard on winning back business from Competitors.- Consistently track all opportunities and forecast appropriately in Salesforce.com.- Utilise Dell training to up-skill and educate myself on product and services portfolio and gain understanding of how we win against our competition.- Leverage marketing programs to drive awareness within my account base.- Drive the quote process within my account base using Dell quoting tools and SFDC.- Meet monthly, quarterly and semi-annual quota objectives.
