As main challenges of this activity can be cited: carrying out production safely and with quality (mainly through preventive measures), with high productivity and availability (focus on the productive process and high reliability of the equipment in the production process), as well as as the management of the operational team. I carried out, as the focal point of the site, the monthly closing activities of consumption of raw materials at the plant, comparing consumption versus budget, identifying possible deviations and carrying out research in the production process. This process is conducted using the SAP tool, with an interface with the company's accounting and controlling area.I participated in a program to improve production efficiency, very focused on issues of OEE, availability, specified material index, energy consumption, contributing with projects to increase plant production through greater productivity of the production line.At the moment I have been working in this activity, with the main challenge being the start-up of a new Drying and Finishing area of the rubber production process in solution. I acted as a representative of the product and production process quality of the site (Quality Champion), participating in the implementation of the VDA 6.3 standard in the plant as well as PFMEA and DFMEA, being the representative and focal point of the site in relation to customer audits, interface with customers, customer service and technical services and development area, having had the opportunity to go to customer sites and participate in the customer recovery process.I started… Show more I acted as a representative of the product and production process quality of the site (Quality Champion), participating in the implementation of the VDA 6.3 standard in the plant as well as PFMEA and DFMEA, being the representative and focal point of the site in relation to customer audits, interface with customers, customer service and technical services and development area, having had the opportunity to go to customer sites and participate in the customer recovery process.I started to have a greater interaction with the demands of the plant management. I was designated as responsible for the site's integrated management system, having to prepare this system for ISO 9001 and 14001 certification in the 2015 version. For this work, a gap analysis was performed, all site processes were mapped and from this mapping, the risks and opportunities were developed together with the leaders and broken down into actions, procedures and routines on the site. All site employees were trained in relation to the management system and their participation in this context. During this period I interacted with all the processes on the site, but mainly with the HSEQ area.With a focus on continuous improvement, I also carried out training in the "Green Belt" course, aiming to be a focal point on the site in relation to process improvements.A review of the site's performance indicators was carried out, with all indicators being reassessed and applicability, validity and importance identified. A dashboard has been created to control in a better way the performance.I became responsible for monitoring and compiling the site's fixed and variable costs, as well as being responsible for executing the site's annual fixed cost budget. From 2011 to 2016 I was… Show more I started my professional career as a petrochemical process operator, working on a shift basis in the area of Coagulation, Drying and Finishing of emulsion rubber production. Activities carried out were aimed at operating production in a safe way, with quality and aiming at an high overall equipment effectiveness.I acted in a series of moments as a facilitator of the production supervision demands through small operational studies and operational improvements. From 2011 to 2016 I was only working the commercial period, no more in shifts.I participated in several initiatives of the organization, having been appointed by the organization as member, secretary and president of the internal commission for accident prevention. I also participated as a member of the company's Profit Sharing Commission, acting as a communication channel between employees and the company.At certain times I started to replace production supervision, on an interim basis.During the period of 1 year I had the opportunity to work at a company plant in the northeast region of Brazil. During this period I learned the production process of rubber production in solution (SSBR, LIBR and NDBR), very focused on the areas of Drying, Finishing and Polymerization. In parallel with this learning process, I supported demands from the site's production management, closely linked to the issue of 5s, housekeeping and loss analysis (focusing on corrective actions aimed at preventing recurrences) and reviewing/creating KPI's for process management productive.In parallel with the activities above, I was assigned to implement an e-learning training system (Saba - eLearning) on the company's Brazilian sites, so that this training system could reach around 500 employees.
