I am currently responsible for all operations of NorCal Premier Soccer. This includes working with the board of directors and executive team on strategic planning and the development of the organization, oversight of key staff and management of key projects such as the development of our new website, new technological solutions, and development of new ventures.

I was the assistant and goalkeeper coach for both the U16 and U18 US Developmental Academy Teams. Responsible for goalkeeping training as well as running training and games in the absence of either of the head coaches.

As the Head Coach I was responsible for all aspects of running a top NCAA Division III soccer program. This included (but was not limited to) planning and execution of training, scheduling, recruiting, budgeting, fundraising, player management, ordering team equipment and team travel.

As program director I oversaw all operations in both Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties, including on field instruction of soccer programs, hiring and training staff, all business operations (budget, marketing, etc), managed inventory of soccer equipment, as well as managing the website and office (phone, email, etc)

I served as the goalkeeper coach for the U23 adult league team in the summer and ran a weekly goalkeeping session for the club throughout the year.

As store manager I was the main sales person in the store. In addition, I was in charge of managing store inventory (including the upgrading from paper to electronic inventory system, ordering from suppliers, organization/ storage of inventory), balancing store's daily finances, marketing and outreach to local clubs.
