Over 15 years experience in IT projects spanning roles across application testing, development, business analysis, and IT operations. As a Test Lead I’m certified as an ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst and ISTQB Test Manager and have a wide scope of experience across key retail banking applications. This experience covers web applications & IT systems for Cash, Wrap, Managed Funds, Superannuation, Insurance and Mortgages; for which I have been responsible for User Acceptance Testing, E2E Testing, SIT and System Testing. In addition to this manual testing I have utilised QTP/UFT automation scripts, where beneficial, to improve the efficiency and thoroughness of the testing.I worked at Macquarie Bank as a Test Lead overseeing the QA for their Adviser Portal, Client Banking Applications and for an Originations program.I joined the bank under its Graduate Program and worked in the eComm Operations Team for the first 2 years where I gained junior skills across infrastructure management, web development, business analysis, project management and testing.
