Responsibilities:-Team Leading-• Analyse the store’s performance, targets, trends, and KPIs and articulate this to all the key stakeholders, successfully influencing decisions.• Held development catch-ups with my team, motivating them to exceed store targets and develop themselves within our brand.• Team training needs on product knowledge and customer services, responsible for implementing training activities to combat these needs.• Plan and lead the agenda for daily briefings and listen to feedback from your team.• Delivering feedback and coaching my supervisor and sales assistants, along with giving recognition and praise.-Store performance and operations-• Responsible for security and management of store stock holding you made sure your team were trained on the security guidelines, to protect the business.• Review the visual appearance of the store according to the Designer Exchange guidelines.• Maintenance concerns, as well as health and safety concerns to your Store Manager, HR and the Maintenance departments. -Co-creation and customer service-• Create an exceptional customer experience for every client, through all communication channels. • Spend quality time on the sales floor observing and giving feedback to your team about customer experience, you made sure you were visible and could inspire.• Encouraged the team to feedback ideas on how to improve the customer experience and take action on this feedback.
