Furthering my data analytic skills is my goal in the workforce! I am a driven and detail-oriented operations analyst working as a team member of the Member Enrollment Operations team in the health insurance industry. Furthering the member experience and coverage through health insurance eligibility has been the drive behind my work the past 6 years at Tufts Health Plan and now Point32Health.My greatest strengths are in being a flexible team player and being able to assist on multiple critical projects as well as manage ownership of my own responsibilities. Through my team working as an analyst many skills I have obtained and have been able to apply to my work environment include:- Proficient utilization of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook- Worked heavily with SQL to analyze data and compile reconciliation reports to research patterns and solve discrepancies created in member's health insurance eligibility status- Conducted multiple years of Internal and External Audit procedures of our internal reconciliation processes - Ability to be a Lead Subject Matter Expert during an upgrade of the core enrollment system company-wide at Point32Health- Worked heavily analyzing and determining costs owed on Payment Settlement projects with the State of Massachusetts for 2019 and 2020 fiscal years
