Additional duties include being primary contact for internal staff looking to work with UK Support on resolving system problems for internal and external stakeholders. Representing UK Support where required in planning meetings for new processes and procedures. Interviewing potential new staff. Training new team members, supporting junior staff in their work, and working with development teams and technical account managers to resolve escalated customer issues in projects and major incidents.

• Carrying out both initial phone and email resolution while also carrying out detailed investigations (including remote access sessions) to resolve support cases.• Assisting with Tier 1 support during busy periods.• Providing Tier 2 support for customers of GHX UK Products.• Logging cases in CRM (SalesForce) and ensuring information is up to date.• Ensuring cases not resolved by Tier 2 support are escalated where necessary and aiding Tier 3 (DEV) in understanding customer requirements regarding these cases. • Writing basic SQL queries both to meet customer requirements and to resolve minor internal document tracking issues. • Assisting customers in upgrade and maintenance of any GHX UK systems installed on site. • Documenting resolutions in internal knowledge base.

My duties included responsibility for the management of procurement systems at the Trust liaising with internal and external providers as and when required, supporting development of current and future systems processes and interfaces.
