Program responsibility on the C-5 Manifold Assembly, C-17 Spoiler Actuator, F-100 DEEC Servo Valve Assembly and the OH-58 Main Rotor Actuator. Work closely with internal and external customers to resolve shipping / technical issues. Primary customer contact for all programs managed by Warner Robins AFB, Tinker AFB, Hill AFB, AMCOM and DLA.

Site management responsibility for all military customer support programs produced by Torrance facility with annual sales of $30-35 Million. Managed staff of three. Responsibilities: Program management, new business development / contracts. Worked closely with operations, planning and procurement departments to ensure on-time delivery to customers. Liaison to site senior staff to develop annual sales and production forecasts and corporate senior staff to develop long-term sales forecasts. Developed presentations and briefed individuals at the highest levels of the U.S. Air Force on partnering initiatives to expand Moog's customer support business.

Worked with individuals within the Air Logistics Centers, Depots and government contractors to expand Moog's customer support business base.Successfully secured third party overhaul program from Tinker AFB valued at $4 Million per year (2005)

Program responsibility on the B-1B, F-16, F/A-18 and F-14 repair and overhaul programs valued at $10 Million annually. Secured long-term contracts for the repair / overhaul of F-16 actuators valued at $12 Million. Worked with Tinker AFB to secure repair and overhaul IDIQ contracts to support Hill AFB overload work valued at $500K annually.Developed an overhaul program for the U.S. Navy on an F-14 Cylinder Assembly, which resulted in $1.5 Million in salesImproved customer focus with U.S. Air Force programs which resulted in exceptional contractor ratings in 2003, 2004, 2005
