I am extremely motivated and flexible .I consider myself proficient and well educated in a broad range of baking techniques .I am professionaly orientated with a flair for creating menu desserts, doughs , mixes and finished pastry products.I am competent and highly efficient at large scale operations, including supervising staff and event planning , standing out as a person who knows how can motivate a team in difficult working environments. I have successfully run kitchens and workshops attached to strict budgets ensuring that everyone involved kept to the guidelines around mesures control and the use of stock efficiently .I am also very fond of following a sustainable concept patterns and have a high level of knowledge and understanding related to hygiene and cleaning protocols.Besides my professional working profile ,I am someone very social who enjoys most of the artistic events related like going to museums , exhibitions and music concerts , I am very fond to travel , cycling ,outdoors sports , photography and I guess I am also a good reader of classics and contemporary authors as well as the most of every cooking and pastry book that reaches to my hand.
