- As the Division Officer & Interim Division Officer of BHC 1007 Primary Care he supervised 15-20 Civilian staff members. 16 Civilian Providers (2 Physicians Assistants (PAs), 3 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and 10 Medial Doctors (MDs)), 3-4 Civilian Nurses and 2 Medical Technicians. He supervised a mixture of Active duty and Reservist Military MDs, PAs, NPs, Nurses and Corpsmen. He worked directly with the Providers in Primary care, this entailed detailed administrative work to include creating and organizing their clinic schedules and templates. This included balancing leave, sick leave, duty compensation days and classes within the schedule. All the while ensuring proper staffing was on hand on any given day to take care of the patients. Over this 3 year period he personally inputted over 250 individual monthly provider schedules and he made changes to over 500 daily provider CHCS schedules. While he organized these schedules there very too little error in the schedule and there were never any major complaints or issues when it came to fairness between the providers. -As the Nurse Watch Bill Coordinator BHC 1007, LT Dustin supervised a constant changing pool of nurses from as few as 12 to as many as 32 FHCC nurses. He supervised and coordinated a total of 52 nurses over a 2.5 year period. He personally trained 30 of those Nurses in duty responsibilities. He organized duty coverage's for 285 weekend and holiday duties which provided nursing coverage for over 27,000 patient visits. -LT Dustin is the Time trial Coordinator in conjunction with the Outpatient Roll up report. He has organized monthly time trials with the purpose to track how long it takes a Recruit/patient to get through Recruit Primary Care. He has set up over 30 time trials and has personally entered over 1,500 time trial data samples into the time trial data base. -As the Recruit Primary Care Huddle Board Coordinator, LT Dustin conducted over 100 huddle board meetings over 2.5 years.

Produced a tracking matrix for 15 fire extinguishers and 20 smoke detectors. Over all increasing the compounds safety and fire preparation from nothing to a fully functioning system.

Organized the purchase and shipment of 20 beds and mattress. ICU and Post Maternity wards heard about this order and had me order a total of 25 more beds and Mattress. This increase the safety and comfort of the hospital patients. Note: most of the credit for this situation went to my supervisor after I was deployed.
