Business centred on building waterslides for major waterparks and cruises, as well as other water-related entertainment products and activities. Hired 22 professionals in unique, hard-to-find roles with limited talent pools, including the Head of Global Architecture (in competition with another agency to fill this role), C-Level Architects, Fiberglass Sculptors, and Fiberglass Structural Engineers. Recruited a diverse team of engineers, designers, and IT professionals, overseeing talent acquisition for the IT aspects of WhiteWater's integration with Microsoft's Dynamics 365 ERP system. Conducted and completed onboarding process for 20+ new hires, including an in-depth review of benefits and insurance, contract development and presentation to candidates, completing all required paperwork, and submitting payroll information to accounting.  Provided full-cycle recruitment support, including sourcing and hiring the HR Generalist, assisting in contract development, and presenting offers to qualified candidates.
