Area Engineering Manager
CurrentProvide support for Engineering & Operations at Bank of America Critical Facilities. I am responsible for providing engineering leadership and operational technical support. Currently support engineering operations at 17 Bank of America tiered sites with a total staff of 36 Operating Engineers.Activities are technical oversight of engineering operations, critical environment risk management and compliance with client standards. Develop and implement best practices tools, identify calculate and submit operational and energy cost savings and avoidance. Develop MOP, SOP and critical environment work authorization documentation for use during project work or maintenance activities.Provide regional support for long term planning. Focus on goals determined by Corporate Workplace Engineering Services and the Client’s current and future needs by maintaining a strategic view and managing operations for the infrastructures. This includes Preparation and review of Capital and Repair & Maintenance budgets. Project work has included large scale UPS system installations, Generator Set installations, chiller/cooling tower installations and large scale electrical maintenance efforts.I work closely with an integrated team, Property Management and Project Management, with focus on alignment of firm goals and client needs and expectations.
