Ensure that the organization's relationship with its shareholders reflects positively on the company's stock price;- Monitor sell-side research and financial models; analyze competitors and the competitive environment; assess specific institutions' investment processes; identify and qualify potential investors. Prepare and effectively manage quarterly conference calls, to review financial results and to update stakeholders on key business activities;- Develop investor presentations and participate in roadshows (USA, Europe, Brazil), and other investor meetings with prospective and current institutional owners of the company’s stock;- Serve as primary liaison between company and the investment community and media, through the development of press releases, fact-sheets, public announcements, relevant facts and related documents;- Promote financial project evaluations, including M&A, new business analyses, valuations of present and prospect businesses.
