In this highly visible and demanding role the Senior Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a world class contractor network to deliver superior customer service on a 24/7 basis for residential plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs. The Senior Regional Operations Manager will help achieve corporate financial and customer service objectives by effectively managing a small team of Regional Operations Managers within their area of responsibility to effectively manage contractor performance, actively participate in recruiting/training qualified contractors and ensuring contractors are fully compliant within HomeServe standards to perform the assigned work. In addition, this senior level position will take the lead role within their region to provide strategic job cost management, training/mentoring new ROM’s, lead strategic projects/initiatives and identify operational process improvement opportunities to improve quality, compliance, and cost metrics.
