As the North Region Operations Manager I was responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of glycol recovery/recycling operations; As the manager, I also oversees site start-ups, budgets, staff hiring, training, and the implementation of recovery and recycling programs. All sites have responsibility for effluent containment, fluid testing, equipment maintenance, data collection & reporting, and liaising with appropriate staff and entities regarding permitting requirements and related environmental legislation. In addition, I also oversees all US sites meets and exceeds OSHA health and safety regulations
