Oversight of existing operations and contracts as well as oversight of any new North-Eastern US sites and service contracts for fluid recovery and fluid processing.; business development functions which includes support company growth with the establishment of new sites and service contracts including development of budgets and providing key technical information during the RFP process. Ensure relevant legislation with up-to-date permit and regulatory compliance; Monitor and manage activities to ensure compliance with all government labour, environment, health and safety regulations and policies.

As the North Region Operations Manager he is responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of glycol recovery/recycling operations; As the manager, Mr. Gronowski also oversees site start-ups, budgets, staff hiring, training, and the implementation of recovery and recycling programs. All sites have responsibility for effluent containment, fluid testing, equipment maintenance, data collection & reporting, and liaising with appropriate staff and entities regarding permitting requirements and related environmental legislation. Mr. Gronowski also oversees all US sites meets and exceeds OSHA health and safety regulations.
