Camera operating: In a typical classroom there are mainly 3 aspects, the teacher the students and study materials (books, etc.). The classroom I work in has a forth aspect the camera. Through this lens thousands of students across the globe get to learn and experience education as if they were a part of the classroom. I’ve recorded over 500+ hours of lessons and events working alongside teachers, principals, managers and directors. Continuous Improvement: Having majored in business management for my undergraduate studies created in me an awareness for continuous improvement. For the past years I’ve suggested several office and workflow changes that were successfully implemented. I also requested permission to update the department work manual. I also created several “How to” videos to grow the video team’s knowledge with linear editing. Cross Training/Special Projects: I’ve also worked along side the video IT Tech. to learn how to store media onto the servers and how to upload them to streaming. I’ve also helped with converting old media (VHS) to digital.
