Oversee all aspects of construction projects including construction activities, site-work, and safety requirements. Work alongside Agracel facilities department to maintain existing portfolio. Collaborate with existing clients to manage and oversee expansion projects.Create, build, and maintain contractor relationships. Coordinate, review, and negotiate all construction contracts and change orders. Support multiple satellite development offices throughout the Midwest, Southeast & Mid-South.
