• Delegate daily tasks to team members (5-12 person) to optimize group productivity, including team placement, stocking and training to enhance team skills• Track KPIs such as waste management, GST receipts, above store and customer complaints, donations, labour costs, throughput delivery speed (target > 85) and total sales/SPH• Secure revenue, accurately monitor transactions and deposits to eliminate discrepancies, count, handle and bank cash • Implement inventory control measures to manage and replenish stock, maintain cost levels and meet customer demand. Plan the amount of product required and count and order stock• Ensure the restaurant is cleaned and operated under health and safety conditions including monitoring and disposing any out of temperature and date products • Respond to difficult circumstances such as machinery and equipment malfunction, absence of team members, undelivered stock and addressing customer complaints
