  • Provide technical support, develop and coach examiners whilst highlighting additional sources of information or guidance to aid decision making.• Responsible for third-party observations and late objections under Section 40 of Trade Marks Act 1994 (TMA).• Identify and address skill gaps within the team and run bespoke training to address this. I have run training on earlier rights (Section 5 of the TMA), partial objections and closely allied goods and services objections.• Liaise with the Team Manager and Training and Quality Officers to ensure learning and development activities directed towards examiners are targeted and add value.• Participate in quality review functions, providing feedback and directing staff development accordingly.• Ensure quality of examiners work and decision making through real time sampling, customer quality sampling, PRG meetings and advice shop. • I have also worked on several projects, namely, drafted operational guidance for quality measures and handling personal information. I also provided essential training to over 100 examiners on Acquired Distinctiveness.
