Ecotoxicologist with over 10 years experience working on regulatory ecotoxicology studies within GLP-compliant laboratories. Experienced as a Study Director for aquatic acute and chronic tests to OECD, EPA and ISO guidelines with study types including algae, invertebrates (e.g. Daphnia, Chironomus) and higher plant (e.g. Lemna) studies as well as development of bespoke tests to meet specific regulatory requirements. A great deal of practical experience in the laboratory including the setup of static and flow-through study designs, working with difficult, insoluble or radiolabelled test substances, multi-site studies and knowledge of culturing techniques for a wide variety of common test species.
