Yth Pastor
CurrentMinistry is the building up of God's people in the body of Christ. I was given the opportunity to oversee the building of ministry to middle school/high school students at 3 different church campuses (ranging in size). I recruited, trained, and deployed volunteers to disciple students and developed student leaders as the next generation of ministry leaders. I have shepherded students, parents, and adult volunteers through various challenges and encouraged them with the Word of God. I have planned and led multiple large retreats with over 200 students in attendance.
