As a dedicated educator, I am responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and delivery of GCSE and A-level physics, as well as Level 2 and Level 3 engineering across two co-located schools.I lead a team of six to provide this delivery, ensuring that students receive the highest quality education. Additionally, I have recently taken on the role of Autodesk education consultant, where I am responsible for developing and implementing projects across the UK at 40 different UTC lighthouse academies. My expertise in this field allows me to help students to develop the skills they need to succeed in the digital age of engineering and technology. Furthermore, I am responsible for the development of our employer partner projects and relationships, working with companies such as Autodesk, Unilever, the University of Liverpool, and BAC. This allows me to bring real-world experience into the classroom and ensure that students are well-prepared for their future careers.

I played a crucial role in the planning and implementation of a truly unique and outstanding technical college. My involvement in the development of the project began in January, prior to the college's opening, and continued through the full curriculum development and the first set of results.In my role, I was initially responsible for the installation and line management of both the engineering and science curriculums at Key stage 4 and 5. Furthermore, I was in charge of managing employer partners and leveraging their expertise to shape the students' learning experience. This involved setting up key curriculum and enrichment projects that focused on the industry and business, with partners such as Siemens Gamesa, RB, Smith and Nephew, KCOM, and Spencer group. Through this, I was able to bring real-world experience into the classroom and ensure that students were well-prepared for their future careers.

As a dedicated educator, I was part of the team responsible for leading teaching and learning across the school. I demonstrated outstanding practice to colleagues and played an active role in developing and supporting trainee teachers. Additionally, I provided support packages to other colleagues to help them improve their teaching practice. Through this, I helped to ensure that students receive the highest quality education and that the school's teaching staff was well-prepared to meet the challenges of the classroom.

As a physics specialist, I was responsible for leading and teaching physics across the science department. During my tenure, I helped to elevate the performance of GCSE physics, making it the highest-performing subject at the academy. My dedication to providing students with the best education possible, and my ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best, were key factors in this success.

As a member of the control and automation division of the Cordell group, I was involved in the design, specification, and communication of solutions to a diverse client base. Our main automation platforms were Siemens PCS7 and ABB800xa. I have worked on a wide range of projects for large end-user accounts such as United Utilities, McCain Foods and Total oil Refinery, as well as EPC contractors such as Jacobs engineering, Amec and Black and Veatch. My technical expertise in automation and control systems, and my ability to effectively communicate with clients, were key factors in my success in this role

As a member of the BPX team, I was responsible for the business development and applications support of control and automation hardware and software across the Yorkshire and Humber region. My role involved working closely with platform providers such as Mitsubishi Electric, Omron and Schneider Electric to provide solutions to a diverse range of system integrators, OEMs, and end-users. My expertise in control and automation systems, as well as my ability to develop new business opportunities, were key factors in my success in this role.
