I manage a team of software engineers for the RoofSnap project at EverCommerce. This includes coordinating with Product on delivering product initiatives and managing the infrastructure and framework of our software to ensure our system remains up-to-date and robust. I work with the director to identify cost-saving opportunities by identifying Azure resources we can scale back on and third party vendors we can replace, scale back on, or combine with other offers. I work with the director to come up with metrics to determine our success in timely delivery of new features, participation of each of my team members, and in measuring the profitability of RoofSnap.

I worked as an independent contractor for Veracity's clients who needed software engineers. While with Veracity, I spent my time entirely with their client, PracticeFusion. While there, I worked on their backend systems used for their CRM for health clinics, doctors offices, and so forth. My time was spent working mostly in C# code in either Web APIs or WCF services with a fair amount of time spent making database changes and updates.

After the Pandemic started, I continued in the same role, but then moved teams to Trogdor. They were working on a feature in our CRM our clients used to text their customers. They were converting some of their old UI written in AngularJS to use React/Redux, and no one on their team had a background in React/Redux, so I took on the role of doing their React/Redux stories and spent part of my time pairing with team mates to help get them up to speed on React/Redux.

I worked on team Hadron to build new features for our CRM. On this team, we had moved away from doing anything more with the legacy web app since we had rewritten a new web app called "Blackbird" to replace the legacy web app. Blackbird was written using AngularJS and .NET Web API. However, after the change from AngularJS to Angular being so big, we ended up writing all new features in React using Redux on the front end.

I worked on the DealerSocket CRM as part of the Parallax team. We were focused on reskinning our legacy application written in .NET Web Forms with Visual Basic to match the newer UI that was being implemented by other teams using AngularJS and .NET Web API.
