My role involves serving customers and giving them the best Timezone experience possible. I handle cash and guide customers through our various packages and deals. I also help clean and maintain the games and, if needed, troubleshoot any issues they have.As a Supervisor, it is my responsibility to run the venue during my shifts and record takings at the end of the night shifts. I confirm upcoming group bookings and count up stock to determine prize payouts. I also assist with gathering and checking previous weeks sales reports and coupons as required.
