*Manage refrigerants in compliance with EPA requirements.*Read and understand product literature and schematics. *Diagnose, program, and monitor various programmable logic controllers. Those controllers include but are not limited to; Allen Bradley, E2, and Danfoss Controls.*Identify and conduct repairs on HVACR units. Units include but are not limited to; rack systems, self contained units, residential and commercial HVAC systems, a little bit on boilers, and ice machines.*Experienced primarily working with electrical up to 480vac and 24vdc. *Conduct regular preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. *Evaluate systems and generate reports.

*Troubleshooting/maintaining the following in Cabins ranging from 1 bedroom to 16 bedrooms: appliances, HVAC units, electrical components, landscaping, hot tubs, plumbing, drywall repair, telephone/cable, light carpentry, and fireplaces. *Sustain strong communication skills to resolve issues in a timely manor. *Complete and follow up on work orders using an application ticketing program.*Ability to make strong decisions in the absence of leadership. *Must be available 24/7 on a rotational basis.

To teach and share valuable information to groups of 30 or more students about the United States Army's standards, procedures, and values. As an instructor it is important to provide the tools and knowledge for United States Army Calvary Scout Basic training students to grow academically and successfully graduate. Such task requires planning, using innovative ways to sustain participation, and remaining current with the United States Army's standards.

*Troubleshooting and repairing kitchen/living appliances as follows; refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, televisions, fireplaces, washers, and dryers.* Troubleshooting and repairing heating and air units.*Troubleshooting and providing minor repair in electrical, telephone, and data connections. *Repair drywall and texture paint.*Managing 40+ units satisfying annual, semi-annual, and quarterly requirements. Such requirements include; up-keeping of paperwork regarding safety and standards, preventive maintenance on a quarterly basis, and overall upkeep of units. *Providing satisfactory customer service on a daily basis by providing excellent service and satisfying guests' needs in a timely manner. *Communication with peers, subordinates, and vendors to complete daily tasks in a timely manner.

Help plan U.S. government inter-agency procedures for national or regional emergencies. Assist with civil-military planning and support. Coordinate military resources to support reconstitution or reconstruction activities. Support national disaster, defense or emergency assistance, and assist with response activities. Foster and maintain dialogue with civilian aid agencies and civilian relief with foreign and/or domestic assistance organizations.

Responsible for the training and well-being of 6-8 soldiers as a Cavalry Scout Team leader. Zero loss of accountability over a 9 month period for vehicles, weapon systems, and other equipment valued at over $5 million. I deployed in support of OEF to Kandahar Afghanistan from 2012-2013 in which our task force captured over 90 Taliban facilitators.
