Selected to work in the Chief Security Office as part of the 3 month Military Talent Scheme.

Served as the Adjutant of 105th Regiment Royal Artillery, providing executive leadership to the Commanding Officer (CEO) and personnel management for approximately 300 soldiers.

As a Fire Support Team Commander, I managed and lead a team of 5 individuals in the delivery of multi-domain capabilities in accordance to my Senior Commander's intent in complex and challenging environments. I had to ensure this was completed in a timely, yet safe manner for the success of my Commander's objectives. As the Battery Captain and Battery Operations Officer, I led the logistics and delivery of 25 soldiers to Kenya as part of the Land Regional Hub (Kenya) deployment.

Delivered basic training to over 150 recruits in their initial military training, with the primary roles developing the basic military training and future leadership in each individual. Provided Senior Commanders the training delivery KPIs of each individual, with the welfare and discipline issues to ensure the College was successful in all Ofsted Inspections. The high success rate of training delivery led to my team receiving the 'Best Platoon' in the College at the completion of their military training.

As a Troop Commander at 5th Regiment Royal Artillery, I lead and managed a Troop of 30 soldiers, managing each individuals career pathway and the professional and personal development of each soldier to enable the operational output was maintained. I supported the operational delivery of a detachment deploying on operations to Afghanistan and on exercises throughout the UK and Europe. I led a personal development programme within the organisation to develop the individuals under my command.

Lead and managed a 4 person team to ensure the security of NATO forces in Kabul, Afghanistan by utilising multi-million GBP equipment to detect and prevent the threat of Indirect Fire to a multinational force. In addition to this primary role, I briefed the Commander daily in the utility of ISTAR assets throughout Kabul to ensure the safety of the force and became the lead in a number of intelligence analysis projects within the City. I was responsible for the uplift of additional ISTAR equipment in Kabul, liaising with and ensuring this multi-million dollar project was agreed to by the Commander.

The role involved the effective management and liaison with contractually obliged clients who do not maintain up to date on their financial commitments. The key objective being maintaining a healthy business relationship along with the reinstatement of the clients financial obligations.
