Dan holds a Construction Supervisors License and a Real Estate Broker License with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State Of Connecticut and recently was certified by the FAA as a drone pilot. Currently he is the Vice President of Brokerage Services with NAI Plotkin in Springfield Massachusetts.Dan has served as Project Manager on the construction of educational facilities, medical buildings and parking structures throughout New England. As Director of Facilities Planning for Lenox Healthcare, he managed the renovation of medical facilities from Boston to San Francisco. During his career, he has been involved on such large-scale projects as the Newburyport-Salisbury Bridge, Seabrook Power Plant, the Marriott at Copley Place and Rowes Wharf on Boston Harbor. Dan recently completed an assignment as a Consultant and Owners Representative on the construction of the MGM Parking Garage in Springfield, MADan's experience began as a young boy while touring the construction sites of Daniel O' Connell's Sons, Inc., the firm founded by his great-great grandfather in 1879. His father and grandfather would take him along when they visited various construction projects. Dan would later join the firm as a Timekeeper overseeing payroll and cost accounting at the job sites.
