In real estate, my team and I work with buyers, sellers, agents, residential mortgage lenders, and commercial lenders to get purchases and loans closed. In estate planning, I believe that a good plan is more than filling in blanks on a will and POA template. I push potential clients and clients to look at their big picture to ensure that whatever plan they have accomplishes their goals. Many clients are surprised to learn that a tailored trust is not as complicated as it sounds and may be the best way to keep their affairs out of court. Proper business advising also requires looking at the big picture and helping business owners create a framework designed to keep its owners out of court so that it can carry on the intended important business. In any case, I seek to develop long term professional relationships that clients can rely upon.
