Close working relationship with the site continuous improvement team, to improve the site standards and results. Worked using 5 whys analysis, with regards to problem solving on key projects around site. Risk assessment trained, daily assessments using Grid, Nomogram or ALARP Formats. Acting supervisory role when required, for 35 staff.
