Worked in Special Needs Schools, and with young people with learning difficulties, and then worked as a outreach youth worker with children with drug/alcohol issues, then moved in to working at a rehab psychiatric hospital for a few years, before then moving on to a forensic psychiatric hospital and quickly progressed to a Senior HCW Level 4 and also became the security lead and property lead, and mental health first aider for my colleagues across site which was 500+ staff, I decided I had enough of the injuries I sustained and decided to change my career and became a trainee PCV driver at Newport Bus finally following in my Dads footsteps, but I still support people as a mental health first aider as people's mental health is important and I will always be a listening ear to whoever needs it.
