After several years of Administrative experience with Jeppesen I moved to the Army and Capita's Recruiting Partnership Program (RPP). I quickly moved from recruiting support admin into a Candidate Manager role, specialising in Reserve Officers. In my years there I helped deliver some of the highest number of passes at Officer Selection but also the highest pass percentages. And tackled the challenges that the pandemic put on the well established process.Now I have joined the National Trust as a Candidate Manager in their new full service recruitment model for Food and Beverage and I'm looking forwards to the challenges and opportunities this can bring.
