As part of the CAD department in Traylor's Construction Services Group, I'm responsible for CAD/BIM/VDC support and I manage our staff and resources. Our team provides various deliverables on both the civil and structural components of our jobs, working closely with engineers, survey, and estimating teams. We also provide graphic support to our proposal and marketing groups. I am also active in our Innovation Committee, I'm currently the Program Director for drone operations within Traylor Bros., and I teach an AutoCAD class which I developed for our field engineers and estimators.

Engineer, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, New Orleans District, Gulf Intracoastal Waterway West Closure Complex, Jefferson and Plaquemines Parish, LA. Responsible for producing drawings with AutoCAD, Microstation, and Google SketchUp, requesting quotes, coordinating and monitoring material contracts with suppliers, writing work plans, coordinating with the survey department, submitting and tracking RFIs and submittals, and monitoring and recording field activities. The project was designed to reduce risk for residences and businesses in Jefferson and Plaquemines Parishes from a storm surge resulting from a tropical event with an intensity that has a one percent chance of occurring annually. Located on the west bank of the Mississippi River, the complex consists of a navigable floodgate, a pumping station, floodwalls, sluice gates, foreshore protection, and an earthen levee.
