I am working within the Digital Experience and Commercialisation (DEC) team responsible for driving digital sales or M&S Bank products, optimisation of sales journeys and customer engagement with digital services.I am responsible for managing ongoing content development of the M&S Bank website, working closely with the digital team and wider teams at M&S Bank, First Direct and HSBC. I am responsible for delivering exceptional/innovative campaigns to thje website, ensuring consideration of the brand and sales objectives. I support online acquisition teams in delivering appropriate support to the wider business strategy at M&S Bank. I curate and implement opportunities to drive enhanced engagement and increased online customer engagement/experience. I am also developing and maintaining key relationships with M&S, HSBC and First Direct colleagues, to drive best practice and value.

I worked as a customer care advisor in bereavement for M&S bank, I was responsible for working deceased accounts, I worked using wills, grants of probate, death certificates, to ensure funds or monies owed from estates were collected/distributed correctly. Moreover, I also worked with multiple teams dealing with complex deceased cases of financial hardship, involving debt charities. I also had to deal with no estates, requesting a list of assets and liabilities for the potential payment of monies owed.

I provided high quality lessons, ensuring students made progress during lessons, and I arranged/managed fixtures after school to provide opportunities to all students, promoting an exclusive environment. I also used data analysis skills to ensure data was used to inform my teaching. Furthermore, I used my people skills to deal with conflicts and manage a wide range of personalities amongst colleagues and students, to ensure the best outcome.

I organised and ran a team in a busy Asda store (turnover £1.3m GBP per week) ensuring stock was filled and customers needs were met with excellent customer service.
