As HR MI Analyst I was required to provide analysis and interpretation of a range of Management Information intelligence from a number of sources, including trends in the Human Capital sector, both in Australia and Internationally. I am required to develop and monitor key performance indicators and benchmark the company against other finance industry organisations. Key elements of the role include:• Development and maintenance of reporting tools to measure, track and demonstrate meaningful HR information through the utilisation of SQL, Oracle Discoverer, Talent2 Alesco and Taleo to produce accurate and insightful dashboards, scorecards and reports.• Having strong understanding of the organisations HR and Payroll data, Organisational hierarchies and the business processes around the recording and maintenance of data so report requirements can be interpreted correctly.• Provision of analytical insight and trends from HR MI data.• Manage small projects and process improvement initiatives within the team.• Maintain HR Data integrity.• Collaborate with external providers (Talent2, Taleo, Inform) in order to improve processes and insight throughout the company.

The principal accountabilities for this role are outlined below:• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to provide business benefit. In particular, I managed a project which implemented automated property valuations into the home loan processing area of Bankwest, which saved over $700k P/A in valuation and staffing costs.• Manage and maintain policy and process documentation relating to secured retail products including process flow diagrams • Provision of ongoing ad hoc analysis and reporting for senior management and credit risk staff on the performance of mortgage applications and existing book. • Undertake strategy analysis, modelling and segmentation to provide insight into mortgage customers and products. • Maintain the relationship with business partners to ensure reporting and analytics pertaining to mortgages are communicated and understood within the Secured Credit Risk team.• Responsible for the planning and delivery of a series of Credit Risk Education Seminars which were held on a Quarterly basis.• Provide economic and industry analysis in support of credit risk decision making.
