In my current role as Technical Service Delivery Manager, I have built strong relationships with my team, customers, third parties and our clients. This has enabled me to manage the IT service to a high standard, consistently meet our tight SLA targets and deliver projects on time and within costs.Overseeing the design and implementation of a two year project rollout, regenerating all aspect of the infrastructure. My business as usual role is to ensure all members of the team effectively deliver the service across a single MPLS network of 36 sites with a total 20,000 users. Working closely with our service desk ensure that the 12,000 calls a year are dealt with within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the customers. Managing our field engineers to ensure they perform at their best by reviewing their work and holding quarterly performance reviews.In the last several years I have overseen many different projects, these have varied in size and costs. Working with our own teams, contractors, and the client successfully delivered the projects within the tolerances set.
