BSc student and part-time sales assistant at Netto Foodstores, Although studying full-time for my Degree I earned income by working an average of about 25 hours per week. I Worked in a busy discount supermarket, sometimes this involved work under pressure, during this time I also provided quality customer service to customers, including dealing with some customer questions, complaints and refusing to serve alcohol to those underage or intoxicated. This role included a lot of team work where all members of the team work together to insure that everything is done before the end of the day; including putting out the stock and ensuring that the store was tidy.All of the above work experiences have involved working in a team based work, which involved planning organisation, co-ordination and commitment, in an attempt to improve sales for the store that I was working for.Worked at Canterbury to start with until February 2007 where I moved to the Dover store for more working hours. I worked in an extremely busy store where the staff were often under pressure. I was given additional responsibilities, dealing with customer questions and complaints as well as the responsibility to sort out refunds without the need for a manager.
