Duties:- Technical workstream lead in implementing enterprise-wide HR system based on SAP SuccessFactors- Platform/Service owner for HR suite of services- Technical lead on projects – focusing on technical analysis, solution design, implementation planning, test planning, and release management- Designing and Implementing enterprise-wide survey platform based on Qualtrics- Implementing and supporting corporate services based on BoardBooks, Snaphire, Jira/Confluence, SharePoint 365- Participating as voting member of architecture forum and design review group- Developing roadmap for service aggregation with Spark- Creating, reviewing, and maintaining key documents including solution architecture documents, design documents, security triage documents, privacy assessment documents, technical/requirement analysis documents, operational readiness documents- Providing technical mentorship and support for incident/problem resolutions

Duties:• Providing support for SharePoint 2007 and 2010 environments, enterprise search (built on Google platform), and other knowledge management solutions• Creating and maintaining workflows on SharePoint to automate business processes – specifically around document review/approval• Maintaining and overseeing organisation’s document archiving process in compliance to Official Information Act and Public Records Act• Creating and maintaining blogs, discussion forums, and file transfer services for business groups• Providing training for business users• Contributing to development of Service Level Agreement for systems and solutions• Acting as team’s change/release management process champion (ITIL based)

Duties:• Maintaining faculty’s e-learning service• Designing solutions for additional services and plugins to the core e-learning suite• Contributing to the development of business processes to aid online delivery of learning material• Creating scripts to automate common processes including staff/student photo updates, online course material publication, online class enrollments, and assignment marking notifications• Providing SQL database and 2nd level helpdesk support• Providing staff training for new technologies• Attending Change Advisory Board as faculty representative
